Regina Maruca, co-author of Your Leadership Legacy: Why Looking Toward the Future Will Make You a Better Leader Today, sat down with Michelle Yozzo Drake  to discuss the impact leaders have in the workplace and how to discern the kind of "leadership legacy" you'll leave behind. 

Michelle and Ms. Maruca explored the differences between how you see yourself in the workplace and how others see you, and how to develop the tools to ask yourself the hard questions about your leadership.
